The Inspiration
Shamiso's journey began with a simple observation: rural schools in Zimbabwe lacked access to quality science education infrastructure. Witnessing bright, eager students unable to conduct practical experiments due to poverty and lack of resources sparked a mission to create an affordable, sustainable solution. Her vision was to democratize education by bringing cutting-edge learning tools to the most underserved communities.
The Vision
To establish a future where every child, regardless of their socioeconomic background or geographic location, has equal access to quality, technology-enabled education. Shamiso envisions rural schools powered by renewable energy, equipped with mobile laboratories and digital learning tools that inspire innovation and unlock human potential.
The Mission
To provide equitable, quality, inclusive, relevant, and competence-driven education to rural and peri-urban communities in Zimbabwe through innovative, solar-powered mobile laboratories and digital learning solutions that empower educators and inspire students to become agents of change.
